目的探讨医疗纠纷发生的原因,为医院预防和处理纠纷提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月~2016年6月期间发生132起医疗纠纷事件的相关材料,包括数量、科室分布、原因、处理方法和结果等。结果医疗纠纷事件主要分布在外科、骨科、妇产科、儿科;主要原因是沟通不当、医疗技术和服务态度等,通过院内协商后,大多数纠纷得到有效解决。结论通过健全管理、提高医疗质量、改善服务、简化流程和增强法律意识可以有效规范医疗服务行为,减少医疗纠纷,提升医院整体形象,值得推广。
Objective To explore the causes of medical disputes and provide references for the prevention and treatment of disputes in hospitals. Methods A retrospective analysis of the hospital from January 2009 to June 2016 132 cases of medical malpractice occurred during the material, including the number, department distribution, causes, treatment methods and results. Results The medical disputes were mainly in the fields of surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics. The main reasons were improper communication, medical technology and service attitude. After the hospital consultation, most disputes were solved effectively. Conclusion Through sound management, improving medical quality, improving service, simplifying process and enhancing legal consciousness, it can effectively regulate the medical service behavior, reduce medical disputes and enhance the overall image of the hospital, which is worthy of promotion.
