应用有限元方法分析了工作状态下和非工作状态下风载荷对动臂塔式起重机静力学的影响,确立了不同风向时动臂塔机最大应力位置。将两种风载荷分别施加于动臂塔机,得出了起重臂最大应力、塔身最大应力和关键节点位移随起重臂仰角的变化曲线。结果表明:起重臂在水平面内的投影与塔身截面对角线重合时,动臂塔机应力最大;平行于起重臂方向的风载荷对动臂塔机的影响大于垂直于起重臂方向的风载荷;塔机不工作时,应将起重臂处于顺风方向,以降低塔身最大应力。
The finite element method is used to analyze the effect of wind loads on the static behavior of the boom tower crane under working and non-working conditions. The maximum stress position of the boom tower crane at different wind directions is established. The two kinds of wind loads are respectively applied to the boom tower crane, and the maximum stress of the boom, the maximum stress of the tower and the displacement of the key nodes with the elevation of the boom are obtained. The results show that the stress of boom tower crane is the highest when the projection of boom in the horizontal plane coincides with the diagonal of tower cross section. The wind load parallel to boom direction has more influence on boom tower crane than perpendicular to boom Wind direction; tower crane is not working, the boom should be in the downwind direction to reduce the tower’s maximum stress.
