Objective: To investigate the superiority and safety of “all in one” intravenous nutrition on inpatients’ treatment and provide a reference for clinical rational application. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients with malnutrition were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional single-bottle infusion of nutritional support. The experimental group was treated with “all-in-one” intravenous nutrition. Results The concentrations of ALB, K, Na, Ca and P in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P≤0.05). The levels of BMI, ALB, K and Na in the control group were lower than those before treatment CREA, TG was higher than before (P≤0.05), no adverse reactions in the experimental group. Conclusion: The all-in-one intravenous nutrition eliminates the drawbacks of traditional single-bottle infusion, and is more conducive to the metabolism of the body according to individual needs, which is a reasonable parenteral nutrition support mode.
