1998年9月28日中午,我市某大酒店发生1起婚宴食物中毒,经市卫生防疫站流行病学调查和实验室检查,确定为致病性大肠杆菌O_(55)所致的食物中毒,现报告如下。1 中毒经过及临床症状 1998年9月28日中午,户主于××,于某大酒店设婚宴9席,共97人,正时就餐时间为12时30分,共16款热菜,冷拼盘8个,各席间相同。最早发病者系1女性,为就餐11小时以后当日24时开始畏寒、发热、腹胀,病情逐渐加重,继而出现呕吐腹泻等症状。随后进入发病高峰,至29日下午共发病34人,先后有22人住院(莱阳中心医院及中医院)。其余服用抗生素治疗
