为了解决畜禽养殖的恶臭气体所带来的一些系列环境问题,试验设计了生物过滤器关键部件的结构参数和运行参数,采用了三种不同填料配比组合处理畜禽臭气,对比臭气去除效果以及环境调控因素。结果表明:采用蚯蚓粪+木屑+堆肥配比的填料,在环境湿度为55%~65%时氨气去除率较高,最高可达96.76%,相比于其他两种填料去除效果更佳;但由于环境调控因素多,应在不明显影响去除率的情况适当增加一定量珍珠岩等无机物质,以减少运行成本。
In order to solve some series of environmental problems caused by the malodorous gas of livestock and poultry breeding, the structural parameters and operating parameters of the key components of the biological filter were experimentally designed. Three different combinations of fillers were used to deal with the odor of livestock and poultry, Removal effect and environmental regulation. The results showed that the removal efficiency of ammonia was 55.7% at the ambient humidity of 55% ~ 65%, which was higher than that of the other two kinds of fillers. However, due to many factors of environmental regulation, a certain amount of inorganic substances such as perlite should be appropriately added in the case of no obvious impact on the removal rate in order to reduce the operation cost.
