本文对83名小儿(男52名,女31名)进行膀胱测压,46名小儿(男30名,女16名)进行尿道测压,为临床提供参考数据。结果发现:男女孩残余尿均数分别为6.32±3.99 ml和5.43±4.83 ml;最大排尿压均数分别为7.25±1.62kPa和6.15±1.58kPa;逼尿肌最大收缩压均数分别为6.48±1.29kPa和5.55±1.45 kPa。10.8％小儿(9例)出现逼尿肌非抑制性收缩。膀胱最大充盈量随年龄和体重的增加而增加,12岁时接近
In this paper, bladder pressure was measured on 83 children (52 males and 31 females), and 46 children (30 males and 16 females) underwent urethral manometry to provide clinical data. The results showed that the average residual urine of boys and girls were 6.32 ± 3.99 ml and 5.43 ± 4.83 ml respectively; the average urinary pressure mean was 7.25 ± 1.62 kPa and 6.15 ± 1.58 kPa respectively; the mean systolic pressure of detrusor muscle was 6.48 ± 1.29 kPa and 5.55 ± 1.45 kPa. Non-inhibitory contractions of detrusor occurred in 10.8% of infants (n = 9). The maximum bladder filling increased with age and weight gain, approaching at age 12
