目前高校校园超市的经营模式主要有三种类型,其中完全自营的类型占总体的90%以上。现在一些学校正在进行讨论,部分学校认为校园超市进行完全外包是一种非常有效的管理方式,但有一些事例表明完全外包存在一定弊端。由此可以看出,选择适当的经营模式已成为高校校园超市经营管理的课题。因此,本文旨在探讨校园超市应该采取何种经营模式更为合理。通过对完全外包模式的利弊分析,提出自营为主,部分品类外包,经营项目按一定比例组合的经营方式的建议,并对该建议进行了详细的分析概述。本研究结果可以为各高校后勤对超市经营模式的选择提供一定的参考价值。
At present, there are mainly three types of management modes for college supermarkets in colleges and universities, of which the total self-employed type accounts for more than 90% of the total. Now some schools are under discussion. Some schools think that full outsourcing of campus supermarkets is a very effective management method. However, some examples show that there are some drawbacks to full outsourcing. It can be seen, select the appropriate business model has become a college campus supermarket management issues. Therefore, this article aims to explore what kind of business model campus campuses should be more reasonable. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of complete outsourcing mode, this paper puts forward the suggestion of self-operated, part-outsourcing, and operating items combined in a certain proportion, and gives a detailed analysis and summary of the suggestion. The results of this study can provide certain reference value for the choice of logistics management modes in colleges and universities.
