目的分析成都市血液中心1辆采血车单位时间内最大采血能力,得到1个可供推广的血站业务科室最大工作能力评估方法,以期在地震灾害等大规模公共事件突发,出现大量用血时供管理者参考并采取正确的措施,保证充足的血液供应。方法根据工作流水线的特点,结合公民献血科具体工作情况,分析工作流程,随机选取一辆采血车测算流程中每个环节需要的时间,找出瓶颈环节,研究合理的资源配置,评估单位时间内最大工作能力。结果将评估得到的理想状态单位时间最大工作能力结果与近期大规模采血实际工作情况比较,基本符合情况。
