在当下英语的实际教学过程中,教师普遍关注的是学生的智力因素,如天赋、记忆力等,他们往往忽略了一些非智力因素如学生的情感因素,而学生的情感因素很大程度上受教师的情感因素影响。本文简要阐述了初中英语教学中的教师情感因素的作用以及如何更好地发挥教师的情感因素,与学生的情感产生琴瑟共鸣,努力提高初中生英语学习成绩的一些策略。
In the current process of teaching English, teachers generally pay attention to the students’ intelligence factors such as talent, memory, etc. They often neglect some non-intelligence factors such as the students’ affective factors, while the students’ affective factors are largely influenced by the teachers Affect the emotional factors.
