2013年宝钢决定将宝钢罗泾已停产的两台单流2 300mm板坯连铸机扇形段主体设备搬迁到宝钢湛江钢铁基地,合并改造为一台双流连铸机,中冶赛迪承担总体设计和主要设备供货。中冶赛迪在设计阶段通过采用结晶器在线热调宽技术、上装引锭杆技术、铸流双跟踪和恒拉速等技术,实现了连铸生产高效率;通过独立设置机械维修车间、公辅设施紧凑化布置、冷却水阀站和液压阀站紧凑化布置、冷却水泵站露天布置等方式,实现了连铸生产低成本。
In 2013, Baosteel decided to relocate the two single-stage 2 300mm slab caster segments of Baosteel’s Luojing plant to Baosteel’s Zhanjiang steel base and merge them into a two-strand continuous casting machine. In the design stage, MCC CCID achieved high continuous casting production efficiency by adopting technologies such as online thermal modulation and widening of molds, top-loading dummy bar technology, double-tracking of casting flow, and constant drawing speed. Through independent establishment of mechanical maintenance workshops and public Auxiliary facilities compact layout, cooling valve stations and hydraulic valve station layout, cooling water pump station layout, etc., to achieve a low-cost continuous casting.
