采用光学显微镜、图像仪、X射线衍射仪等手段对AA1235铝箔毛料的退火工艺及显微组织进行了较系统的研究。析出退火的温度范围为150—240℃;保温时间为6~15h。结果表明,210~2300)℃X(9~12)h的退火工艺可使硅的析出取得较满意的效果;析出退火前化合物相以FeAl_3和αFeSiAl)为主,析出退火后化合物相以。α(FeSiAl)为主;0.35mm厚铝箔坯料中化合物的尺寸主要集中在1~4p之间。
The annealing process and microstructure of AA1235 aluminum foil wool were systematically studied by means of optical microscope, imager and X-ray diffraction. Precipitation annealing temperature range of 150-240 ℃; holding time of 6 ~ 15h. The results show that the annealing process of 210 ~ 2300 ℃ X (9 ~ 12) h can make the precipitation of silicon obtain more satisfactory results. The precipitates are composed of FeAl_3 and αFeSiAl phases, and the annealed compound phase is precipitated. α (FeSiAl); 0.35mm thick aluminum foil blank compound mainly in the size of 1 ~ 4p between.
