文章着重探讨了变截面钢板弹簧中部骑马螺栓夹紧、曲率及吊耳安装位置对弹簧刚度的影响以及其刚度的计算方法。结果表明,一副单片抛物线变截面钢板弹簧,在考虑上述影响因素后得出的刚度,在不同位移条件下,与传统计算方法(不考虑上述影响因素)得出的结果有很大差别,特别是大位移时(偏离满载静平衡位置较远)这种差别更为明显。本文基本思想来源于Wolfram Tautenhahn工程师的(压板弹性变形试验与刚度计算)的分析报告。
The paper focuses on the impact of the clamping of the riding bolts, the curvature and the installation position of the lifting lugs on the spring stiffness in the middle of the leaf spring with variable section and the calculation method of the stiffness. The results show that the stiffness obtained by a single parabolic parabolic leaf spring with the above factors is very different from the traditional calculation method (without considering the above factors) under different displacement conditions. Especially when the large displacement (deviation from full load static equilibrium position) the difference is even more obvious. The basic idea of this paper is from the analysis report of Wolfram Tautenhahn’s engineer (Platen Elastic Deformation Test and Stiffness Calculation).
