通过对铸造高碳半钢轧辊试样进行热处理,研究了不同的奥氏体化温度和保温时间对轧辊组织和硬度的变化情况。结果表明,在920℃至1 000℃之间正火,其性能可满足高碳半钢轧辊的要求,考虑到轧辊工作层,建议正火温度在940℃至1 000℃之间。实践表明:经1 060℃奥氏体化保温,920℃至1 000℃风冷正火,450~550℃回火,轧辊组织均匀,硬化效果好,肖氏硬度达到了50~55 HS。
By changing the austenitizing temperature and holding time, the microstructure and hardness of the roll were investigated by heat treatment on the cast high carbon steel samples. The results show that the normalizing temperature between 920 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ can meet the requirement of high carbon semi - steel roll. Normalizing temperature is suggested to be between 940 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ considering the working layer of roll. Practice shows that the austenitizing insulation at 1 060 ℃, air-normalizing at 920 ℃ to 1 000 ℃, tempering at 450-550 ℃ and uniform rolling roll have good hardening effect and Shore hardness reaches 50-55 HS.
