目的研究酚磺乙胺对酶法和干化学法检测血清肌酐的干扰。方法严格按照NCCLS推荐的EP7-A2和EP9-A2研究方案,采用40例未使用酚磺乙胺患者样品作酶法和干化学法比较;两法分别检测28例使用酚磺乙胺患者样品作偏倚分析;留取3份不同浓度肌酐水平患者样品设计体外干扰试验。结果未使用酚磺乙胺患者样品两法检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体外干扰试验显示,酚磺乙胺浓度在0.018 75 g/L~0.6 g/L,对酶法测定血清肌酐有显著负干扰(偏差>-7.5%);酚磺乙胺浓度在0.15 g/L~0.60 g/L,对干化学法测定血清肌酐存在明显负干扰(偏差>-7.5%)。患者标本偏差分析显示,28例患者在用药6 h内采血,其酶法测定肌酐结果较干化学法存在明显负偏倚(-18.61%~-74.8%)。结论酚磺乙胺对酶法和干化学法检测血清肌酐均存在负干扰,而酶法受干扰程度更为显著。
Objective To study the interference of phenol sulfonamide on serum creatinine by enzymatic and dry chemical methods. Methods In strict accordance with the NCCLS recommended EP7-A2 and EP9-A2 research program, the use of 40 cases of patients not using phenylethylamine sulfonate for enzyme and dry chemical comparison; two were detected in 28 patients with phenylethylamine tablets Bias analysis; three samples of patients with different creatinine levels were collected for in vitro interference design. Patient sample bias analysis showed that 28 patients took blood within 6 h after drug administration, and the enzymatic determination of creatinine showed a significant negative bias (-18.61% -74.8%) compared with the dry chemical method. Conclusions There are negative interferences of ethanesulfonamide on serum creatinine by enzymatic and dry chemical methods, but the interference degree of enzymatic method is more significant.
