本文结合水务企业的背景,探讨了水务企业当中维护客户关系的重要性,并积极探索了水务企业CRM的实际应用,也就是运用现代化的维护客户关系理念、方法,以计算机技术为支撑,结合水务企业特点,将维护客户关系引入到水务企业的服务管理机制。如此,不仅可以提高水务企业的管理效率、提高服务的质量、提升服务的水平,还可以增强企业办公的透明度,改善水务企业在公众心目中的形象。
