提出了微波辅助-顶空固相微萃取(MAE-HS-SPME)-气相色谱-质谱法测定不同产地烟草中挥发性成分。通过质谱标准谱图检索与色谱保留指数相结合的二维定性方法分析,以峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明:从我国湖南、贵州和云南省以及从津巴布韦等产地的烟草中分别定性检出24,28,27,24种挥发性成分,包括酯类、酮类、醇类、酸类、杂环、烷烃类等6大类化合物,以酯类和烷烃类为主。不同产地烟草所含化学成分的种类基本相同,但是其相对含量差异较大。MAE-HS-SPME是一种简便、快速、高效、绿色环保的前处理技术。
A microwave-assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction (MAE-HS-SPME) was developed for the determination of volatile components in tobacco from different habitats by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Through the two-dimensional qualitative analysis of mass spectrum standard chromatogram retrieval and chromatographic retention index, the relative content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. The results showed that 24, 28, 27 and 24 volatile components, including esters, ketones, alcohols, acids and heterocycles, were identified qualitatively and qualitatively from tobacco produced in Hunan, Guizhou and Yunnan Provinces as well as from Zimbabwe. , Alkanes and other six major categories of compounds, mainly esters and alkanes.
