在我国互联网迅速发展的今天,中小企业在网络环境下应该进行中小企业营销模式的创新研究。本文通过问卷调查,以A开发区为例研究了山东省中小企业网络环境下营销模式创新。分析在A开发区调查所得出的数据,找出中小企业在营销模式创新方面的营销模式有待升级、营销系统有待提高、网络营销人才缺乏、网络营销配送迟缓等问题。通过分析研究,为我国中小企业的营销模式创新提出了改进企业营销决策系统、建立企业精准营销系统、加大引进专业网络营销人才、完善网络营销销售配送合作网络等对策建议。
Today, the rapid development of the Internet in our country, SMEs in the network environment should be innovative SME marketing model. This paper, through questionnaire survey, takes A zone as an example to study the innovation of marketing mode under the network environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province. Analysis of the data from the survey in A zone shows that SMEs need to upgrade the marketing model of marketing model innovation, the marketing system needs to be improved, the lack of network marketing personnel and the slow delivery of online marketing. Through the analysis and research, this paper puts forward countermeasures, such as improving the enterprise marketing decision-making system, establishing the accurate marketing system for enterprises, increasing the introduction of professional network marketing talents and improving the network marketing, sales and distribution network for the innovation of SMEs’ marketing modes.
