【目的】探讨家庭早期干预对0~6月低出生体重儿(low birth weight infants,LBWI)血清生长激素(growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3,IGFBP-3)浓度和体格发育的影响。【方法】将87例LBWIs随机分为干预组(46例)和非干预组(41例)。两组在住院期间均行综合治疗。出院时对家长进行常规育儿及常见病预防指导;指导干预组家长在家中进行抚触、视、听、按摩、婴儿操干预训练。在生后3 d、3、6个月时抽血,应用放射免疫法检测血清GH、IGF-1、IGFBP-3浓度;同时测量体重、身长、头围、胸围及采集相关材料。【结果】生后3 d两组在性别、胎龄、血清GH、IGF-1I、GFBP-3浓度和各体格发育值差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。3、6个月时,两组喂养方式差异无显著性(P>0.05),而干预组各体格发育值和血清GHI、GF-1I、GFBP-3浓度均显著高于非干预组(P<0.01)。【结论】家庭早期干预对LBWI血清GHI、GF-1I、GFBP-3的分泌和体格发育有良好的促进作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of early family intervention on the serum levels of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in low birth weight infants (LBWI) 1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) and physical development. 【Methods】 87 cases of LBWIs were randomly divided into intervention group (46 cases) and non-intervention group (41 cases). Both groups in the hospital during the comprehensive treatment. Discharged parents routine parental care and common disease prevention guidance; guidance intervention group parents at home touch, visual, listening, massage, baby intervention training. Blood samples were taken at 3 days and 3 months and 6 months after birth. Serum GH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay. Body weight, body length, head circumference, chest circumference and collection related materials were also measured. 【Results】 There were no significant differences in sex, gestational age, serum GH, IGF-1I, GFBP-3 levels and physical fitness between the two groups at 3 days after birth (P> 0.05). At 3 and 6 months, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), while the values of physical development, serum GHI, GF-1I and GFBP-3 in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the non-intervention group (P < 0.01). 【Conclusion】 Early family intervention can promote the secretion and physical development of GHI, GF-1I and GFBP-3 in LBWI serum.
