选取均重为(20.72±2.68)g的鲤(Cyrinus carpio)270尾,随机分为3个处理,在基础日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、4%、8%的苹果渣,在半封闭的循环水养殖系统饲养51d,分析比较苹果渣对鲤生长性能、血清生化指标和肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。结果显示,日粮添加苹果渣对鲤生长性能、体成分无显著影响(P>0.05);各组饲料干物质表观消化率分别为70.41%、69.78%、74.13%,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);8%苹果渣组血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于对照组和4%苹果渣组(P<0.05),8%和4%苹果渣组血清谷草转氨酶活性和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度均显著高于对照组,各组间血清总蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血糖浓度无显著差异(P>0.05);添加苹果渣对鲤肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶活性无影响。研究表明,在鲤鱼饲料中添加4%、8%苹果渣对生长性能无影响,且能够强化脂质代谢,但较高水平添加可能对肝胰脏造成损伤。建议鲤饲料中苹果渣添加量在4%以下。
A total of 270 carps (Cyrinus carpio) with average weight of (20.72 ± 2.68) g were randomly divided into three treatments: 0 (control group), 4% and 8% Closed circulatory aquaculture system feeding 51d, analysis of apple pomace on the growth performance of carp, serum biochemical indicators and hepatopancreas superoxide dismutase activity. The results showed that dietary apple residue had no significant effect on the growth performance and body composition of common carp (P> 0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter of feed was 70.41%, 69.78% and 74.13% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity in 8% apple pomace group was significantly higher than that in control group and 4% apple pomace group (P <0.05). Serum aspartate aminotransferase activity and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in total protein, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood glucose between the three groups (P> 0.05). The addition of apple pomace to hepatopancreas superoxide Dismutase activity had no effect. Studies have shown that carp feed added 4%, 8% apple pomace on growth performance has no effect, and can enhance lipid metabolism, but the higher levels may cause damage to the liver and pancreas. Suggested carp feed apple pomace in less than 4%.
