本文对露天铁矿带式输送机斜井两种通风系统的生产情况进行了研究。对此,认为主通风机从地表收集空气、通过专用风井送往输送机斜井底部、废气沿装载胶带排向地表大气空间的通风系统在寒冷季节通风效果极差,且基建投资高。作者推荐使用在采场集运水平设置主通风机收集空气,经除尘净化处理达到卫生标准后送往输送机斜并的通风系统。
In this paper, the production conditions of two ventilation systems of open pit inclined shaft in open-pit iron mine are studied. In view of this, it is considered that the main ventilator collects air from the surface and sends it to the bottom of the inclined shaft of the conveyer through a dedicated air shaft. The ventilation system of the exhaust gas discharged along the loading tape to the surface air space is very poor in ventilation in the cold season and has high capital investment. The author recommends the use of the main collection of air in the stowage yard set the level of collection of air through the dust removal and purification treatment to meet the health standards and sent to the oblique conveyor system.
