面对日益激烈的市场竞争,人才竞争,如何利用企业现有人力资源为企业发展提供坚实的基础已经成为当前企业竞争的主要方法。企业人力资源的开发主要采取培训、教育和开发三种方式。员工的日常培训是企业人力资源开发的主要工作。目前,我国企业的培训制度还存在较多问题,培训的模式也受到经济、文化的影响。培训的制度本身也存在严重缺陷,培训的内容与实际情况存在较大差异,难以吸引员工,使培训失去了它应有的意义。本文主要研究企业培训制度创新的方法和策略。
Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, talent competition, how to use the existing human resources of enterprises to provide a solid foundation for the development of enterprises has become the main method of competition among enterprises. The development of enterprise human resources mainly adopts three ways: training, education and development. The daily training of employees is the main work of human resources development. At present, there are still many problems in the training system of Chinese enterprises, and the training model is also affected by the economic and cultural influences. The system of training itself also has serious flaws. There is a big difference between the content of the training and the actual situation, and it is difficult to attract staff and make the training lose its due significance. This article mainly studies the methods and tactics of innovation of enterprise training system.
