门式起重机金属结构轻量化设计涉及大量的尺寸参数,各参数之间相互关联,影响结构的承载能力。文中利用遗传算法与有限元结合,提出了一种程序化、智能化的多目标并行优化设计方法,可应用于任何参数化结构模型的轻量化设计。
The lightweight design of the gantry crane’s metal structure involves a large number of size parameters, the parameters are related to each other, which affects the carrying capacity of the structure. In this paper, a combination of genetic algorithm and finite element method is proposed. A programmed and intelligent multi-objective parallel optimization design method is proposed, which can be applied to the lightweight design of any parametric structural model.
