介绍了减震器储油缸筒的激光焊接试验过程 ,通过试验研究确定了最佳激光焊接工艺参数。分析了激光功率、焊接速度、激光焦点位置及等离子控制对缸筒的气密性、焊缝拉伸抗力、焊缝形貌、金相组织、硬度分布的影响。
The laser welding test process of shock absorber cylinder was introduced, and the best laser welding process parameters were determined through experimental research. The effects of laser power, welding speed, laser focal position and plasma control on the airtightness of the cylinder, the tensile resistance of the weld, the morphology of the weld, the microstructure and the hardness distribution were analyzed.
