探讨了不同熔体净化处理工艺对连铸连轧电工圆铝杆的组织、力学性能及电阻率的影响规律 .结果表明 :采用高效排杂熔剂净化处理铝液 ,其排杂除气效果显著 ,与常规吹N2 喷射精炼剂处理相比 ,夹杂物由原来粗大片状或长条状变成细小圆整的颗粒状 ,分布均匀 ,无聚集成团现象 ,显微缩孔小且少 ;在同一强度水平下 ,伸长率提高约 2 4 % ,电阻率也得到一定程度的降低
