[目的]分析卡介苗误种皮下或肌肉引起冷脓肿的时间及发生原因。[方法]对1995—2005年平湖市卡介苗误种的病例资料进行分析。[结果]误种皮下或肌肉引起冷脓肿的时间与是否初(复)种、接种剂量、深度以及是否及时处理相关。[结论]卡介苗误种皮下或肌肉发生冷脓肿的时间,复种比初种短,接种剂量多者发生时间短,局部做封闭处理的比未做处理发生的时间长;接种部位越深发生冷脓肿时间越长。 [Objective] To analyze the time and causes of subcutaneous or muscle-induced cold abscess caused by BCG misoprostol.
