目的:高效液相色谱法考察胰岛素注射液与葡萄糖及香丹注射液体外配伍的稳定性。方法:配置A液:5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,胰岛素注射液4IU(0.1ml);B液:5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,胰岛素注射液4IU(0.1ml),香丹注射液20ml(2支)。采用高效液相色谱法考察胰岛素在24h内在配伍中的稳定性,并考察24h内两组液体的pH值及外观变化。结果:胰岛素在24h内,外观、pH、含量稳定。结论:三者配伍过程中胰岛素在24h内无明显变化,性质稳定。本实验初步结果液体外可配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of the combination of insulin injection with glucose and Xiangdan injection in vitro by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A solution: 250ml of 5% glucose injection and 4IU of insulin injection (0.1ml); B solution: 250ml of 5% glucose injection, 4IU of insulin injection and 0.1ml of Xiangdan injection; . The stability of insulin in compatibility during 24 hours was investigated by HPLC, and the changes of pH and appearance of the two groups of liquids were observed. Results: Insulin in 24h, appearance, pH, content and stability. Conclusion: There is no obvious change of insulin in the process of compatibility between the three, with stable property. The preliminary results of this experiment can be applied outside the liquid compatibility.
