目的 探讨喉鳞癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)、凋亡抑制基因 (bcl 2 )蛋白的表达情况及其与喉鳞癌肿瘤微血管形成及临床病理的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学法检测 4 7例喉鳞癌石蜡包埋组织中VEGF及bcl 2蛋白的表达 ,同时用第Ⅷ因子抗体标记血管内皮细胞。结果 VEGF阳性表达率为 78.7% ,bcl 2的阳性表达率为 85 .1 0 %。VEGF阳性表达与微血管密度 (MVD)之间有相关性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,bcl 2阳性表达与MVD无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,VEGF、bcl 2阳性表达与喉鳞癌病理分级及临床分期有明显的相关性。结论 喉鳞癌中VEGF与肿瘤血管的形成有明显的相关性。VEGF、bcl 2蛋白的阳性表达与喉鳞癌的浸润、转移及预后有相关性
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and apoptosis-inhibiting gene (bcl 2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with tumor microvessel density and clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of VEGF and bcl2 protein in paraffin - embedded tissues from 47 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the vascular endothelial cells were labeled with factor Ⅷ antibody. Results The positive rate of VEGF was 78.7% and the positive rate of bcl 2 was 85.1%. The positive expression of VEGF was correlated with the microvessel density (MVD) (P <0.05), while the positive expression of bcl 2 was not correlated with MVD (P> 0.05) Cancer pathological grade and clinical stage have obvious correlation. Conclusion There is a clear correlation between VEGF and the formation of tumor blood vessels in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The positive expression of VEGF and bcl2 protein was correlated with the infiltration, metastasis and prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma
