根据黄淮海地区玉米种植收获特点,设计了4YZP-2A型自走式玉米收获机。介绍了整机、传动系统及主要工作部件的结构设计及技术特点。摘穗台采用拨禾星轮不对行玉米收获装置,将玉米植株有效抓取并有序地喂入到摘穗装置中;并对剥皮机进行了优化设计与合理配置,使果穗剥净率大大提高。通过田间试验和检测,证明符合国家相关标准规定,并通过了山东省农机试验鉴定站的鉴定。
According to the characteristics of corn planting and harvesting in Huang-Huai-Hai region, a 4YZP-2A self-propelled corn harvester was designed. The structural design and technical characteristics of the complete machine, transmission system and main working parts are introduced. The pick-up table uses the winch wheel does not line corn harvesting device, corn plants will be effectively grasping and feeding orderly to the pick-in device; and peeling machine was optimized design and rational allocation of ear stripping rate significantly improve. Through field trials and testing, that meet the relevant national standards, and passed the identification of Shandong Province Agricultural Machinery Testing Station.
