对离合器的接合过程进行分析,找出了影响离合器接合性能的主要因素;从满足车辆的使用要求出发,确定了离合器的最佳接合规律;制定了基于模糊控制原理的控制策略,其中系统的输入分别为油门开度、离合器主从动盘转速差和离合器接合行程,系统输出为离合器接合速度;利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件建立了汽车起步时离合器接合控制的仿真模型。仿真分析证明:该离合器接合控制策略是合理有效的。
The clutch engagement process is analyzed to identify the main factors that affect the clutch engagement performance.
