基于噪声测试基本理论,针对某款双钢轮振动压路机,以降低司机耳边噪声为目的,对司机位置噪声进行测试,并对噪声测试数据进行频谱分析、贡献量分析,对主要噪声源进行识别。根据分析结果,选取冷却风扇为降噪对象,通过采取选用合理的吸声材料,设计合理的排风吸声通道及优化冷却风扇导风罩等降噪措施,对压路机进行改进。测试结果表明,改进后的压路机司机耳边辐射噪声明显降低,降噪措施可行。
Based on the basic theory of noise test, aiming at reducing the driver’s ear noise, aiming at a double drum vibratory roller, the driver’s position noise is tested, and the noise test data is analyzed by frequency spectrum and contribution amount to identify the main noise sources . According to the results of the analysis, the cooling fan is selected as the noise reduction target, and the roller is improved by adopting the reasonable sound absorbing materials, the rational design of the exhaust sound-absorbing channel and the optimization of the noise reduction measures such as the cooling fan wind guide cover. The test results show that the radiated noise of the improved roller driver ear is significantly reduced, and noise reduction measures are feasible.
