国外最近10~15年中投产或兴建的一些大型地下式地面式抽水蓄能电站的总装机容量大都是1000~2000MW,水头是200~500m。是电力系统里削峰填谷最有效的措施,起着平衡日,周调节负荷曲线的作用。也就是说,它们是现代大容量电力系统中有功和无功电力灵活的“耗电—发电器”。同时,大容量抽水蓄能电站在电力系统里是可靠的,能快速投入的事故备用电源。
The total installed capacity of some large-scale underground pumped-storage power stations put into operation or under construction in the recent 10-15 years in foreign countries is mostly 1000-2000MW and the water head is 200-500m. It is the most effective measure for peak load shifting in the power system and plays the role of regulating the load curve on the balance day and the week. That is, they are “power-generators” that are flexible in both active and reactive power in modern high-capacity power systems. At the same time, large-capacity pumped storage power stations are reliable backup power supplies that can be quickly deployed in power systems.
