我院1989年5月开展胃镜检查以来发现46例白念珠菌性食管炎,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 我院自1989年5月至1999年10月胃镜检查4257例,1996年2月丽江“2.3”大地震前胃镜检查1840例发现该病2例,占0.1％;震后1996年8月正常开展工作后至1999年10月胃镜检查2417例发现该病44例,占1.8％;其中32例无吞咽疼痛,14例有不同程度的吞咽困难、吞咽疼痛及吞咽不适,分别占被检出病例的69.5％及30.5％。本组
