随着数据中心能耗的持续增长,对机房空调系统和气流组织的要求越来越高。在众多数据中心高热密度解决方案中,冷通道封闭技术方案受到推崇。以自建机房为研究对象,介绍了一种适合小型机房、简单且容易实现的通道封闭方案,并对机房封闭前后的热环境进行了CFD模拟。模拟结果显示,冷通道封闭可以获得更好的冷量利用效果。
With the continuous increase of energy consumption in the data center, the requirements for the air conditioning system and airflow organization in the engine room are getting higher and higher. Among the many data center high-density solutions, the cold-aisle containment solution is respected. Taking a self-built engine room as a research object, a channel closure scheme that is suitable for a small engine room is introduced, which is simple and easy to implement, and a CFD simulation is performed on the thermal environment before and after the engine room is closed. Simulation results show that the cold aisle closed can get better cold utilization.
