为了增加航空材料在紧固连接件上的拓展应用,文中按照螺纹制成方法以及热处理过程的不同对高强度螺栓进行拉伸疲劳试验,采用三参数对数法得到高强度螺栓的S-N曲线进行对比分析。分析结果表明,使用1Cr15Ni4Mo3N和30CrMnSiNi2A材料并采用先淬火再滚制方式处理的高强度螺栓具有更高的条件疲劳极限。
In order to increase the application of aviation materials in the expansion of fasteners, the tensile fatigue test of high strength bolts is made according to the method of thread making and the heat treatment process. The SN curves of high strength bolts are compared by the logarithm of three parameters analysis. The results of the analysis show that high strength bolts using 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N and 30CrMnSiNi2A materials and treated first by quench and then roll have higher fatigue limits.
