目的 :进一步观察革螨体内肾综合征出血热病毒 (HFRSV)有否增殖。方法 :用直接细胞培养动态观察革螨体内HFRSV滴度。结果 :发现鼠肺HFRSV抗原阳性和阴性革螨 ,均在不同子代革螨体内测出HFRSV滴度 ( 10 -1~ 10 -6) ;动态观察发现子代革螨病毒滴度较母代革螨高10 -3 ~ 10 -5。用抗Mp和Np结构蛋白单克隆抗体检测发现 ,随着病毒滴度增高而毒力增强。结论 :该研究结果从病毒学和分子生物学上进一步证明HFRSV可在革螨体内分布、增殖 ,并可经代传递
Objective: To further observe whether there is proliferation of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRSV) in the body of mites. Methods: Direct observation of HFRSV titer in the mite body by direct cell culture. Results: HFRSV titers (10 -1 ~ 10 -6) were detected in HFRSV antigen-positive and negative-negative mite in mice, respectively. Dynamic observation showed that the titer of offspring was higher than that of mother Mites high 10 -3 ~ 10 -5. Using anti-Mp and Np structural protein monoclonal antibody test found that, as the virus titer increased virulence. Conclusion: The results of this study further prove virological and molecular biology that HFRSV can be distributed and proliferated in the body of mites, and can be passed on
