通过有限元方法研究了热循环过程中TiC/W合金的流动应力分布。结果表明,流动应力在复合材料的外部达到最大值,并且在TiC/W的交界处存在潜在的破坏区域。该合金的热循环试验结果与模拟结果相吻合。
The flow stress distribution of TiC / W alloy during thermal cycling was studied by finite element method. The results show that the flow stress reaches the maximum outside the composite and there is a potential failure area at the interface of TiC / W. The results of thermal cycling test of the alloy are consistent with the simulation results.
