介绍近年国外地喹氯铵类似物构效关系的研究状况。方法 :根据对有关资料的分析 ,归纳总结了地喹氯铵、钾离子通道的药理作用 ,地喹氯铵类似物的构效关系等。结果 :地喹氯铵类似物的结构与小电导钙离子激活的钾离子通道 (SKCa)存在定量构效关系。结论 :地喹氯铵类似物的构效关系的研究对寻找最适宜的人工合成SKCa阻滞剂有重要意义。
The research status of the structure-activity relationship of quinolium ammonium analogues abroad in recent years is introduced. Methods: Based on the analysis of relevant data, the pharmacological effects of dequalinium chloride and potassium channels and the structure-activity relationship of dequalinium analogues were summarized. RESULTS: The structures of dequalinium analogues were quantitatively related to the structure of small-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels (SKCa). Conclusion: The study of the structure-activity relationship of dequalinium analogues is of great importance in finding the most suitable synthetic SKCa blockers.
