牙科铸造修复体与牙体之间通常有一边缘间隙,粘固剂即用来填满这一间隙并防止牙—冠界面的微渗漏。目前所用的粘固材料都有一定的溶解性,当粘固剂溶解后,牙—冠界面出现的间隙就成为可引起继发龋和牙髓炎损害的微生物的聚集点。许多学者作了有关粘固剂溶解性及微渗漏的体内和体外研究,得出的结论不尽相同。本文采用染料渗漏技术测定了铸造冠边缘完成线的粘固剂层厚度和微渗漏。
There is usually an edge gap between the dental casting prosthesis and the tooth, which is used to fill this gap and prevent microleakage of the tooth-crown interface. Currently used cements have some solubility, when the cement dissolves, the tooth-crown interface gap has become the secondary cause of caries and pulp inflammation of microbial aggregation point. Many scholars have made in vivo and in vitro studies on cement solubility and microleakage, the conclusions reached are not the same. In this paper, the dye leakage technique was used to measure the thickness of the cement layer and the microleakage of the finished line at the edge of the casting crown.
