目的:观察抗血栓药材提取物的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、毛细玻璃管法、高脂血症模型、急性血瘀证模型等试验方法,测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率,血小板聚集的电阻率、凝血时间、血脂水平及对血液粘度的影响。结果:首乌藤、柿子叶、粗壮女贞、黄皮叶、桂莪术、黄杞叶、榕树须对小鼠脑血栓模型有一定保护作用;柿子叶、黄皮叶、首乌藤、榕树须、甜茶藤等对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用;柿子叶、黄皮叶、首乌藤、黄杞叶、甜茶藤、榕树须等具有抗凝作用;柿子叶、黄皮叶、黄杞叶、榕树须、甜茶藤等具有降低血脂作用;柿子叶、桂莪术、榕树须等可改善急性“血瘀”证大鼠血液流变学指标。结论:初筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。

Conclusion: The preliminary screening results provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of antithrombotic herbs.
