[目的]探讨长白山地产灵芝孢子油对四氯化碳所致化学性肝损伤模型小鼠肝脏的保护作用.[方法]取18~22 g昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为5个组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、灵芝孢子油大(1.00 g/kg)、中(0.33 g/kg)、小(0.17 g/kg)剂量组,连续灌胃给药2周.第14天隔夜禁食16 h后,腹腔注射给予各给药组和模型对照组小鼠0.125%(体积分数)四氯化碳0.01 mL/g,腹腔注射给予空白对照组等剂量的玉米油,4 h后正常灌胃,24 h后处死,解剖取出肝脏,测定肝组织中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性.[结果]模型对照组AST,ALT活性与空白对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01),灵芝孢子油小、中、大剂量组AST,ALT活性与模型对照组比较均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]长白山地产灵芝孢子油对四氯化碳所致小鼠化学性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用.
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of Ganoderma spore oil in Changbai Mountain on the hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice with chemical liver injury. [Conclusion] Ganoderma lucidum spores oil Carbon tetrachloride-induced chemical liver injury in mice has a protective effect.
