1912～1913年,广东军政府发行的纸币持续低折,对当时广东的经济,政治生活产生很大影响。30年代出版的《广东纸币史》(区季鸾撰述,黄荫普校正)有不少篇幅叙述当时纸币发行、低折及维持的情况。80年代以来也有一些论著谈及这个问题,本文拟在前人研究的基础上作一专题探讨,重点在于通过这个问题进一步考察民国初年广东的经济生活以及社会各阶层同革命党政权的关系。
From 1912 to 1913, the notes issued by the Guangdong military government continued to have a low discount, which greatly influenced the economic and political life of Guangdong at that time. In the 1930’s, “The history of banknotes in Guangdong” (written by Ji Jianye and edited by Huang Yinpu) contained many articles on the issue of banknotes, the discount and the maintenance of banknotes. There are also some treatises on this issue since the 1980s. This article intends to make a special discussion on the basis of previous studies. The emphasis is on using this issue to further examine the economic life of Guangdong in the early Republic of China and the relationship between all social strata and the revolutionary party regime.
