为了进一步减小爆炸箔起爆器系统体积,并降低生产成本,采用离子刻蚀的方法,设计并制备了一种集成平面开关的爆炸桥箔。其电爆炸性能测试结果表明:集成平面开关爆炸桥箔的放电参数与采用火花隙开关的参数一致性较好,该桥箔制备工艺简单、成本低,更有利于系统集成,缩小EFIs的体积。
In order to further reduce the volume of explosion foil detonator system and reduce the production cost, an explosion bridge foil with integrated planar switch was designed and prepared by ion etching method. The test results of the electrical explosion performance show that the discharge parameters of the integrated planar switch explosion bridge foil are in good agreement with the parameters of the spark gap switch. The fabrication process of the bridge foil is simple and the cost is low, which is more conducive to system integration and reduces the volume of the EFIs.
