介绍了国内外重介质旋流器的发展历程以及在分选过程中存在的严重磨损问题;简述了旋流器的磨损形式和旋流器内衬的选材,分析了氧化铝陶瓷内衬的磨损机理及存在的不足。最后,从选材及材料的制备上入手,提出了制备新型耐磨复合材料的新工艺。
The development history of heavy medium cyclone at home and abroad and the serious wear problems in the process of separation are introduced. The wear form of hydrocyclone and the material selection of cyclone lining are briefly described. Wear mechanism and existing problems. Finally, starting with the material selection and material preparation, a new process of preparing new wear-resistant composite materials is proposed.
