在用磷酸、硼酸、磷酸盐改性的KX 分子筛催化剂上进行了对二甲苯与甲醇的侧链烷基化反应。结果表明对甲基苯乙烯和对甲基乙苯的产率达到14.3%,对甲基苯乙烯的选择性可达67.1%。借助于Hammett 指示剂,用三氯乙酸测定了催化剂的碱强度分布。发现反应活性与碱中心数目(碱强度为+4.8>H_0>3.8)有很好的线性相关性。
Side chain alkylation of p-xylene with methanol was carried out on KX zeolite catalysts modified with phosphoric acid, boric acid and phosphate. The results showed that the yield of p-methylstyrene and p-methylethylbenzene reached 14.3% and the selectivity of p-methylstyrene up to 67.1%. With the aid of Hammett indicator, the trichloroacetic acid was used to determine the alkali strength distribution of the catalyst. The reaction activity was found to have a good linear correlation with the number of base centers (base strength of +4.8> H_0> 3.8).
