以雏菊种子为试材,在种子萌发过程中,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对雏菊种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、相对盐害率及幼苗的根长、茎长与鲜重等指标的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对雏菊种子萌发和幼苗生长各指标的影响不尽相同,2.9g/L以上的NaCl对雏菊种子发芽指数和幼苗的根长有极显著影响,5.8g/L以上的NaCl显著降低了雏菊种子的发芽势和幼苗的茎长生长指标,11.6g/L以上的NaCl则使其发芽率和幼苗的鲜重显著减少。种子受到较高浓度>11.6g/L的NaCl胁迫危害较大,从而表现出较高的盐害率。表明雏菊种子能够耐受较低浓度的NaCl,一定浓度的NaCl对雏菊种子的萌发及幼苗的生长具有抑制作用。
In the process of seed germination, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, relative salt damage rate and the root length, stem length and fresh weight of daisy seed were studied with different concentrations of NaCl stress influences. The results showed that different concentrations of NaCl had different effects on germination and seedling growth of daisy seedlings. NaCl above 2.9g / L had a very significant effect on seed germination index and root length of seedling. Above 5.8g / L NaCl significantly reduced the germination potential of daisy seeds and the stem length growth index of seedlings. NaCl above 11.6 g / L significantly decreased the germination rate and fresh weight of seedlings. Seeds were more endangered by NaCl stress of higher concentration> 11.6g / L, which showed higher salt damage rate. The results showed that daisy seeds could tolerate lower concentrations of NaCl. A certain concentration of NaCl inhibited the germination of daisy seeds and the growth of seedlings.
