事件概述:2013年7月1日起,国家信访局全面放开受理网上投诉。网络信访的最大优点是便捷、高效、公开。这既是互联网时代顺应网民诉求剧增的客观需要,更是拓宽畅通民意诉求表达渠道和有效化解矛盾冲突的切实举措。对群众而言,网络信访简约便利。对政府而言,网络信访可提升政府部门的公信力。据中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)的最新统计数字,截至2013年6月底,我国网民规模已达5.9亿。互联网已成为人们工作与生活不可分割的一部分,也给人们提供了一个参与与倾诉的平台。
Event Overview: July 1, 2013 onwards, the National Letters and Visits Bureau fully open to accept online complaints. The biggest advantage of online petition is convenient, efficient and open. This is not only the objective need of surging netizens’ appetite in the Internet era, but also an effective measure to broaden the channels of expressing the opinions of public opinions and resolving contradictions and conflicts effectively. For the masses, online letters and visits are simple and convenient. For the government, online letters and visits can enhance the credibility of government departments. According to the latest statistics from China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), as of the end of June 2013, the number of Internet users in China has reached 590 million. The Internet has become an integral part of people’s work and life as well as providing a platform for people to participate and talk with each other.
