以某一塑料杯为研究对象,采用正交试验法设计试验方案,使用Moldflow对其进行翘曲模拟分析。以熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间、保压压力为试验因素,分析其对翘曲变形量的影响规律,旨在获取最小翘曲变形量,找到最优的工艺参数组合,再次模拟验证得到翘曲变形量为0.066 0 mm。通过分析,有效减小翘曲变形,并且发现5因素对翘曲变形影响程度为:保压时间>熔体温度>模具温度>注射时间>保压压力,进而提高了制品的尺寸精度和使用性能,为实际注塑工艺参数的设置提供了正确理论指导。
Taking a plastic cup as the research object, the orthogonal test method was used to design the experimental scheme and the Moldflow was used to carry out warping simulation analysis. The effects of melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, dwell time and holding pressure on the warp deformation were analyzed to find the minimum warpage deformation and find the optimal combination of process parameters. The simulation results show that the warpage deformation is 0.066 0 mm. Through the analysis, the warp deformation is effectively reduced, and the influence of five factors on the buckling deformation is found: dwell time> melt temperature> die temperature> injection time> dwell pressure, thereby improving the dimensional accuracy and serviceability of the product , Provided the correct theoretical guidance for setting the actual injection molding process parameters.
