目的了解ICD培训班学员学习情况,以期为ICD培训与继续教育提出合理化建议。方法对参加2014年7月在长春地区举办的ICD培训班的学员进行问卷调查,并分析数据。结果学员多数来自三级综合医院;年龄中位数P50为37.59岁;61.97%学员的最高学历为本科;初级职称与中级职称的学员构成比占到56.34%;63.38%学员正在从事病案编码工作,平均工作年限为4.22年;只有8.45%的学员在取得ICD技能认证证书后再次接受ICD继续教育学习。在培训满意度与效果方面,绝大多数学员还是比较认可的;ICD技能认证考试通过率为47.19%。结论二级医院、一级医院以及专科医院的编码人员对ICD培训及继续教育的重视程度还不够;疾病与手术编码工作需要除应有相关的医学知识外,还需要有较长时间的编码操作实践,才能在ICD技能认证考试中取得良好的成绩。定期举办ICD的相关培训,对提高编码员的技能很关键。
Objective To understand the learning situation of ICD trainees with a view to rationalizing ICD training and further education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on participants attending the ICD training course held in Changchun in July 2014 and the data were analyzed. Results The majority of trainees came from tertiary general hospitals. The median age was 37.59 years old. The highest degree of 61.97% of the trainees was bachelor’s degree. The proportion of primary and intermediate grade trainees accounted for 56.34%. 63.38% of the trainees were engaged in medical record coding, The average length of service was 4.22 years; only 8.45% of the trainees received ICD continuing education after obtaining ICD skills certification. In the training satisfaction and effectiveness, the vast majority of students is still more recognized; ICD skills certification exam pass rate was 47.19%. Conclusion The coders of secondary hospitals, primary hospitals and specialist hospitals are not enough emphasis on ICD training and continuing education. The coding of diseases and surgical procedures requires a longer time for coding besides the relevant medical knowledge Practice, in the ICD skills certification exam achieved good results. Regular ICD-related training is key to improving the skills of coders.
