通过用XRD ,FTIR ,EDAX和XPS等 ,对 60keV的N离子束在钛合金表面辅助沉积的羟基磷灰石薄膜 (HA)表征发现 ,膜呈非晶结构 ,膜中Ca/P比高达 2 .4 6,远高于HA原材料Ca/P比的数值 1.67,沉积中出现C和O的污染 ,膜中引入了碳酸根基团CO2 - 3 ,并产生了羟基(OH)的丢失 .与已有的实验结果不同 ,实验中发现 ,这种N离子束辅助沉积的薄膜在Hanks溶液中的抗溶解特性 ,不是退火试样最好而是未退火状态的膜比前者更优 .但它们二者的抗溶解特性又都比钛合金本身强 .作者对所观察到的这种新现象作了讨论 .
The XRD, FTIR, EDAX and XPS were used to characterize the hydroxyapatite films (HA) with 60keV N-ion beam assisted deposition on the surface of titanium alloy. The films showed an amorphous structure with a Ca / P ratio of up to 2 in the film. 4 6, much higher than the value of Ca / P ratio of HA raw material of 1.67. The contamination of C and O occurred in the deposition, and the carbonate group CO2 - 3 was introduced into the membrane and resulted in the loss of hydroxyl group (OH) The experimental results show that the anti-dissolution property of this N-ion beam-assisted deposition film in Hanks solution is not better than the former but not the best annealed sample, but the resistance of the two The dissolution characteristics are better than the titanium itself. The authors discussed the observed new phenomenon.
