目的:探究分析对冬虫夏草、西洋参长期储存采用-15℃低温技术的应用效果。方法:以药材的性质,对其含水量进行适当控制后分装,应用-15℃低温技术对其进行长期储存,储存时间为1992~2012年。结果:储存20年后,运用2010版《中国药典》性状项对冬虫夏草质量进行检查;运用国家卫生部进口药材标准含量测定项和性状对西洋参进行检查,结果表明,质量均符合规定。结论:运用-15℃低温技术对冬虫夏草和西洋参进行长期储存,能够有效保证名贵中药材的长期储存质量问题,并突破了以往未报道的0℃以下低温储存名贵中药材的盲区。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the application effect of -15 ℃ cryopreservation on long-term storage of Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng. Methods: According to the nature of medicinal materials, the moisture content of the medicinal materials was sub-packed after proper control. Long-term storage at -15 ℃ was carried out, and the storage time was from 1992 to 2012. Results: After 20 years of storage, the quality of Cordyceps sinensis was examined using the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 version. The quality of Cordyceps sinensis was examined according to the standard content of imported medicinal herbs and traits of the Ministry of Health. The results showed that the quality met the requirements. Conclusion: The long-term storage of Cordyceps Sinensis and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii by using -15 ℃ low-temperature technique can effectively guarantee the long-term storage quality of rare Chinese herbal medicines and break through the blind spots of previously unreported low-temperature storage of rare Chinese herbal medicines below 0 ℃.
